Shipping Policy

All orders typically ship out within 1-5 business days. While we do not guarantee express shipping services, we make every effort to ship the same day if the order is placed early enough. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time and cannot be canceled or returned. If your order has a strict deadline, please notify us via email, phone, or by leaving a note on the order.

Shipping Services:
We ship via USPS or UPS. 

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on most orders over $100, excluding express orders and select oversized items.

Important Notes:

• Published sizes are estimated; color hues and thread counts can vary by batch and are not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of pricing errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• For backordered items, the order will remain on backorder indefinitely and will ship when in stock unless you request a cancellation via email.
