Hard Net Crinoline

100% polyester crinoline, otherwise known as petticoat netting, is a 58/60" wide stiff and crisp hard net mesh fabric sold by the yard. Crinoline is a multi-purpose material ideal for petticoats or to add structure and volume to costumes, garments, dresses, trims, veils, crafts, and more. The fabric features a hex mesh diamond shape holes and is non fray and non stretch and sold by the yard continuous up to roll length.
