Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.

Authorization Required:
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior written or verbal permission. We are happy to correct any errors on our part at no expense to you. If the return is due to an error on your part, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all items returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. A copy of your order must be included. Notify us within five business days of any shortages or incorrect shipments. Returns or claims are not accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs for standard returns are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Damages:
We take great care in packing shipments to prevent damage. However, if you receive damaged or dirty packages, notify us immediately. We will replace the item at no charge. If you choose not to receive a replacement, we will refund the merchandise cost only, excluding shipping. DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENTS, as this can cause delays and added expense. Keep all merchandise and packing materials in the original carton for inspection or recall. Claims reported more than 7 days after receipt will not be honored.

Dye Lots:
Color variations may occur due to dye lots or computer monitor settings and are not guaranteed to match from batch to batch. We recommend purchasing a sample in advance if color consistency is important. Please place your order within two weeks of receiving a sample to ensure color consistency.

Claims:
All claims for missing merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders or custom print jobs are non-returnable, and the buyer assumes all risk.

Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@burlap.com and must be confirmed by email. If a cancellation request is made after the order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for following our standard return procedures.
