All orders typically ship out within 1-5 business days. We don't guarantee express shipping services but we make a good faith effort to ship out the same day if ordered early enough in the day.  Custom orders may need additional time to process and cannot be cancelled or returned.  An order with a hard deadline requires notification via email or per phone conversation as well as leaving a note on the order. 

Shipping:  We ship via UPS.  UPS services include shipping INTERNATIONAL, NEXT DAY, 2-DAY, 3-DAY, or GROUND shipping.

Expedited delivery, orders must be placed before 1 pm on a business day. Exceptions apply via phone request.

Next Day Delivery is delivered on the next Business Day.

2nd Day Air is delivered in 2 Business Days.  

3 Day Delivery is delivered in 3 Business Days.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Free Shipping on most orders over $100 unless it's an express order or a select few oversize items, international orders, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.
 
Published sizes are estimated, color hues, thread counts can vary by batch and computer monitor and and not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your order in the event of a pricing error. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our return policy on our return policy page for further information on those policies. Items ordered that are on back order will remain on back order indefinitely and shipped out when in stock unless the customer notifies us a via email a cancellation request.
