Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.

Merchandise may not be returned without written or verbal permission.  We are more than happy to correct any errors we might have made without expense to you.  If you wish to return and or the error is yours, there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise if sent back in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your order.  Please notify us within a maximum of five business days regarding shortages or incorrect shipments.  No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days. We do not reimburse shipping costs on standard returns and it's the buyers responsibility to handle the return shipping cost. Custom made items are not returnable.

Damages:  All shipments are carefully packed by experienced packers so damaged or dirty packages are rare, however, we require immediate notice and we retain the right to replace at no charge. If customer declines to have said item replaced then they would be refunded for the merchandise only and not associated shipping costs. Should damage occur in transit or upon arrival, DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENTS as this will cause unnecessary delays and added expense.  NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.  Hold all merchandise and packing materials in the original carton for inspection or recall.  Inspect your package when you receive it, hold onto it for investigative purposes and for photos required for evidence, and notify us of any damage immediately.  CLAIMS REPORTED MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT WILL NOT BE HONORED.  

Dye lots: Colors can vary by dye lots/computer monitor and are not guaranteed to be the same from batch to batch. We recommend purchasing a sample in advance of purchase if a customer is particular. All sample requests must be followed with an order within 2 weeks of purchase (as we sometimes go through batches quickly) to ensure consistency in color.

Claims: All claims for any orders that may be missing merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders or custom print jobs are non-returnable and buyer assumes all risk.

Cancellations: Any cancellation request must be made in writing via email, info@burlap.com, and must have an email response confirming cancellation. Confirmed cancellations made after the order has shipped out is the responsibility of the buyer and the buyer has to follow our normal published return procedures.
